Tom Vilhauer
Tom is principal of Concolors Development. Investing in private real estate since 2000, he operates investment properties, and finances projects for others.
Tom started his career as a securities arbitrageur for Wall Street institutions, managing billion-dollar portfolios of equity and credit derivatives in London, San Francisco, and Hong Kong. He is a CFA Charterholder. Tom graduated from Princeton University and earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Costa Rica where he was a Rotary Foundation scholar.
Tom currently holds California Real Estate Broker’s license number 01906987 acting as a principal in transactions. He lives with his family in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2009 he swam the English Channel, and in 2022 sailed single-handed from San Francisco to Honolulu.
